But I wont agree with this article, even though I also do not have scientific evidence to prove this . But when we look at our history and the way past human live and eating habits. they had very less health problems than modern society. They ate fresh foods, soil is more rich and harvest is so good and did not grow massive and they had less illnesses than now. But now we have more complected issues in health and till we die doctors may not find the exact reason. they say poor eating habits and stress.
Another reason, past people did so many works without much tiredness, but for us, we cant bear small works and feel tired, if we change the rouite works. if we have healthy body, we should be able work well without any issue
